The QuikPlan invoicing system is very flexible allowing you to invoice completed visits or exclude visits where there is a query. Using our innovative Invoice Groups technology you can invoice different organisations or private clients based on planned times, actual visit times and other payment models.
QuikPlan Invoicing will work out how to charge different rates at different times e.g. weekend, public holidays etc. If your care package is split between private and local authority QuikPlan is smart enough to know who should be billed for what part of the care package. You can export invoice data to the finance package of your choice e.g. QuickBooks, Sage, CM2000 and Council Finance Systems or send invoices directly to the bill payer.
