Carers love this feature as they often check this information before they start their day so that they can make sure they have a full list of their visits ahead of time. Client Representatives e.g. family members love this feature as they can check that visits are being completed remotely. Client portals are very helpful in improving your CQC rating because it means that a nominated person can easily check that a visit has been completed.
