When you are using QuikPlan, our support team can join your QuikPlan session virtually. The support team can therefore see your QuikPlan system and interact with it where necessary.

We use Teams extensively with our clients to have virtual meetings. A meeting may be needed to discuss any number of ideas, plans or issues that our clients might need help with.
Teams meetings may involve our support team, or your management team and our development team. This can be a useful tool when planning projects.
In recent years we have found that using Teams has led to fewer emails and improved collaboration and communication.
QuikPlan is easy to use but like using any new system for the first time it can be daunting. To that end we provide the vast majority of our training online through bite-size chunks. With the help of one of our dedicated training and support staff, working with you through Teamviewer, you learn by doing.
We recognise that people learn at different rates and sometimes people need to go over a part of the system more than once. It’s all about getting you to learn at your own pace. And if you need additional support or training then simply call us and we will be happy to help.
While most new users are up and running within a matter of a few hours, sometimes it takes a little more time. And for that reason we are able to provide on-site training. There is a fee for on-site training, however, in most cases the training we provide is free through our online training program.
