This includes the essential information such as name, address and Date of Birth but also other important information such as Contacts, Next of Kin, GPs, eMAR records, social security & NHS numbers, key safe and DNA CPR wishes.

The client system records historical and confidential notes, finance information and client suspension dates, for example hospital visits, respite or holidays. The client module is where you would enter eMAR, summary assessment, skills needed by staff to meet a client’s needs and even allergy information.
